As with the Allegro platform, Allegro LC incorporates ESI-pioneered technologies for chip handling, contacting and IR measurement to deliver an exceptionally low cost of ownership, consistently high throughput and higher testing yield.


The advanced measurement technology and low-impact high-speed rotary handling technology used on Allegro LC was developed by ESI to increase testing throughput speeds while minimizing any damage to the chips as a result of the testing process.  Allegro LC also accommodates up to 25 test stations simultaneously performing multiple tests on chips and ease-of-configuration, which allows for fast change-over to various production-run testing setups.
