Polaris-300 extends ESI’s portfolio of FPD repair lasers with a targeted OEM product specifically designed to meet the needs for emerging OLED manufacturing technologies and LCD production. Polaris-300 also enables applications for medical device manufacturing, laser ablation, laser annealing and high energy spectroscopy.
