Training

Best practice product operation, maintenance and repair are critical to success; therefore, ESI is proud to offer a comprehensive range of training programs targeted toward maximizing uptime. Dedicated professionals are prepared to assist you in developing plans to accommodate your knowledge acquisition and personnel management strategies.

On-Site Training

• Use the Course Catalog to find the class or classes of interest then check the class schedule  to select an already scheduled class.
•  Use the Registration/Request Form to either enroll into an existing class or to request a class be placed on the schedule.
• Send the completed form to training@esi.com.

Upon receipt of registration for a scheduled class, an automated email will be sent confirming enrollment and giving pertinent information, such as class location, instructor name(s), etc. All classes require a minimum confirmed enrollment of two students. Classes are scheduled purely based upon demand.

Requests for unscheduled classes will be processed to create new sessions as soon as possible based upon resource availability.

Tuition and Training Voucher Terms

Standard pricing for formal non-customized training performed in a regularly scheduled class at the ESI Portland facility is $3,000/week per student. Advanced or customized formal training classes are $4,000/week per student.

With most new systems sold for which ESI offers technical training, ESI Sales may include some quantity of training vouchers. Each voucher entitles the customer to one each five day customer Basic Level Maintenance, or Applications course.

All vouchers must be redeemed within one year of issuance (system sale date). A maximum of six vouchers may be redeemed for “on-site” training classes to offset Instructor labor charge only; travel expenses will be billed at actual.
