Model 2100

The Model 2100 was designed in cooperation with industry leading prober manufacturers to deliver superior probing technology in order to adjust the operating parameters of various types of resistors. This collaboration resulted in a robust kinematic mount design for mating the trim head to the prober, providing high accuracy and vibration resistance.
