The StageLaze is designed for increased productivity in Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) or Flat Panel Display (FPD) repair, semiconductor failure analysis, and light micromachining applications.
-
StageLaze can be configured with an air cooled (EZ-Laze) or a water cooled (QL-Laze) laser
-
StageLaze can be configured with a manual or motorized micromachining kit.
-
StageLaze can improve the productivity of Integrated Circuit (IC) design engineers and failure analysts by providing a tool for quickly removing passivation materials and cutting circuit lines.
